Embroidered Copper/Denim

A quick update on the copper/denim block printed pouches... I've finished adding the next layer of some copper thread.









I'll be making them up into pouches soon but I'm still on the look-out for some zippers with copper/bronze teeth to complete the look.

New in the shop!

There's a new cushion cover in my etsy store :) One of a kind, screenprinted and hand 
embroidered in my original Golden Penda design. 

So glad to have finished it in time! If ever there was a project that has spanned a good 
part of a year, then for me, this is it. It started as an experiment in layering different 
screenprinting designs and then my rediscovered love for embroidery was added into 
the mix.

Anyway, it's finished and it's in my shop :)

Creative Space: more brooches

A new finished brooch... and a new colour - a lustrous golden wheat with 

wood and a hint of gold :)

There are more on the way. If you've been peeking into my instagram you might have 

seen what's coming... and they'll probably be finished soon as my sewing machine 

is still playing games with me.
